Le système de filtration complet comprend généralement : un réservoir pour le fluide, une pompe pour transférer le fluide, un manomètre pour contrôler la pression et un filtre pour la filtration. La plupart des clients choisissent une pompe péristaltique comme pompe de transfert de fluide. Cela s'explique par la faible force de cisaillement de la pompe péristaltique, qui protège le fluide pendant le transfert. De plus, il est facile de changer les tubes pour transférer différents fluides.
